SALES & PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities:
• Full support in all Project related work;
• Ensure all relevant Project documentation is properly recorded, filed in a timely manner, readily retrievable by the team;
• Assist team to lookup information contained within technical drawings and product manuals;
• Conversion of sales order to PO in Navision
• Liaise with customer for down payment – PI for down payment (if applicable)
• Coordination of release of the PO in the system with Purchasing
• Coordination with factory Customer service to place the PO
• Chase / expedite the OC from factory
• Provide necessary information to customers on expected delivery date
• Coordinate with factory for delivery as per commitment
• Review OC to confirm correctness of pricing + Content/ scope ordered
• Arrange for shipment based on the factory delivery
• Coordinate direct shipment with end customer – payment and financial confirmation as applicable
• Coordinate with stores and ware-house for deliveries via Singapore
• Coordinate with service department for installation of local sourced accessories
• Coordinate shipment ex-Singapore
• Make necessary sales and sales order listing for management control and reporting
• Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time;

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least O Level or Diploma in Business Administration;
• At least 1 years of working experience in related field;
• Fresh Diploma holders are welcome;
• Good team player who is proactive, initiative and independent;
• Positive attitude and willing to learn is a pre-requisite;
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels;
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office Application;
• Ability to communicate and work well in team environment;
• Conversant in both Chinese (for PRC market) and English, in written and communicating;
• Immediate availability or within short notice is preferred;
• 5 days work week
